Terms and Conditions

Boroborobloom provides garment alterations, mending, repair, and custom sewing services. All services are performed with care and craftsmanship, using both traditional and creative repair techniques.

All prices are estimates based on an initial assessment of the garment. Final pricing may change if additional work is required due to hidden damage, fabric condition, or construction details. Customers will be notified before any additional charges are applied.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in advance. Custom projects may require a deposit before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on workload, garment complexity, and material availability. Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

Customers are responsible for attending fittings (if applicable) and reviewing fit and finish at pickup. Once a garment is approved and collected, Boroborobloom is not responsible for further fit adjustments unless arranged separately.

Garment repair and alteration involve working with pre-worn or delicate materials. While every effort is made to preserve the integrity of each item, some fabrics may be weakened due to age, wear, sun exposure, or prior damage. Boroborobloom is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing fabric conditions.

Due to the nature of custom services, refunds are not offered on alterations or repairs. If there is a workmanship issue related to the agreed-upon service, please contact Aya within 7 days so we can discuss a reasonable solution.

Garments left unclaimed for more than 60 days after completion may be donated or responsibly recycled unless prior arrangements have been made.

Boroborobloom is not responsible for damage caused by washing, drying, or wearing garments after pickup. Care instructions will be provided when appropriate.

Boroborobloom’s liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not responsible for the original value of garments.
